Casalda, formerly known as Staff Housing Solutions, consists of a small family team spread across the Benelux. In the Netherlands we are located in Bussum, but also in Belgium we have an office on Bredastraat in Antwerp. We have a background in real estate and thus in managing and renting out properties. So we know the daily struggles involved.

We take over the entire process from the property owner who rents his home, as well as from the organization that wants to establish its staff. In this process, we always act on our belief: Your home, our care. We go the extra mile for the homeowner, but also for the resident.

Our name is a combination of the Italian words “casa” (home) and “calda (warmth), which symbolizes our mission: to ensure that the homeowner’s home is in good hands, while offering residents a warm welcome.
