We review your property for suitability and request additional information if necessary.

We schedule a viewing

One of our agents will schedule a viewing with you and assess the property for feasibility and rental value.

We draft the agreement

After we discuss the rental terms together, we will take care of preparing the agreement.

We take your home into good hands

We furnish the home before the new residents move in. From then on, we perform inspections, repairs and yard maintenance.

No additional cost

Renting out your property through Casalda means that you don't have any additional costs for management fees. With a traditional real estate agent you will pay one month's rent as a brokerage fee, and with a property manager you will pay an additional 6% management fee. At Casalda, these fees are included in our price, so you end up being more affordable.
